risegamepublishing is building and publishing game experiences for global players, with a strong focus on community-led growth and long-term engagement. We’re hiring a Roblox Community Manager to help shape how players discover, experience, and stay connected to our Roblox titles by building trusted, active, and high-signal community spaces.

What you'll do

Build, manage, and grow player communities around our Roblox games across channels such as Discord, Roblox groups, social platforms, and other community touchpoints.
Plan and run community engagement initiatives including announcements, events, feedback threads, AMAs, creator activations, and retention-oriented campaigns.
Act as the voice of the player by collecting, organizing, and summarizing community sentiment, recurring issues, feature requests, and content opportunities for internal teams.
Partner closely with publishing, live ops, product, and creative teams to align community messaging with game updates, seasonal beats, launches, and in-game events.
Write clear, friendly, and brand-consistent community copy for posts, updates, moderation notices, and engagement campaigns.
Help establish and maintain community guidelines, moderation workflows, escalation paths, and response standards that keep spaces safe and welcoming.
Track community health signals such as engagement quality, sentiment, growth, responsiveness, and campaign performance, and turn them into practical recommendations.
Identify community trends, influential creators, and emerging risks or opportunities within the Roblox ecosystem.

Requirements

Experience managing online communities for games, consumer internet products, creator platforms, or youth-oriented digital products.
Strong understanding of Roblox culture, player behavior, creator ecosystems, and the role community plays in acquisition, retention, and brand trust.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for announcements, support-style responses, and community engagement.
Proven ability to engage communities with empathy, good judgment, and calm communication during both routine interactions and sensitive situations.
Experience using community platforms and moderation workflows, especially Discord and social/community management tools.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with publishing, marketing, product, and operations stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage recurring calendars, campaigns, and feedback loops with attention to detail.
Data-aware mindset: able to interpret engagement patterns and community feedback to inform action.

Nice to have

Prior experience working directly on Roblox games or with Roblox creator/publishing teams.
Experience supporting live-service game operations, seasonal content rollouts, or community events.
Familiarity with influencer, UGC, or creator partnership programs.
Experience building moderation playbooks, FAQ systems, or community knowledge bases.
Exposure to international player communities and multilingual communication workflows.
