About this role

Demo role — this is not an active vacancy. We are looking for a remote Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify potential B2B SaaS customers. You will research target accounts, run personalized outreach, conduct initial qualification conversations, and create qualified opportunities for the sales team.

What you'll do

Research target companies, ICP-fit accounts, and relevant decision-makers across priority segments
Write personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages tailored to account context and buyer pain points
Conduct discovery and qualification conversations with prospective customers
Handle common objections professionally and identify genuine buying signals
Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline hygiene in the CRM
Partner closely with Account Executives and marketing to turn outreach into qualified opportunities
Track outreach performance and iterate on messaging based on response quality and conversion signals
Represent Hirona clearly and professionally in early-stage prospect interactions

Requirements

Experience in sales development, business development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting for a B2B SaaS product or service
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to personalize outreach at scale
Confidence running first-touch qualification or discovery conversations with prospective buyers
Good judgment in identifying fit, urgency, stakeholder alignment, and next-step readiness
Comfort working independently in a remote environment with strong time management and self-direction
Familiarity with CRM discipline and consistent activity tracking
A thoughtful, resilient approach to objection handling and follow-up
Professional fluency in English

Nice to have

Experience supporting an account-based or segmented outbound motion
Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting, email sequencing tools, and modern sales workflows
Exposure to qualification frameworks such as BANT, MEDDICC, or similar
Prior experience selling into HR tech, recruiting tech, or other SaaS categories
Experience collaborating closely with Account Executives on opportunity handoff quality
