About this role

Associate - PR & Influence At Ogilvy, we’re looking for an Associate to join our PR & Influence practice—someone ready to turn a passion for PR, social media, and culture into tangible impact for leading brands. In this role, you’ll support the development and execution of integrated PR strategies, create compelling content, help manage online communities, and contribute to campaigns that build buzz, shareability, and brand reputation.

What you'll do

Support the planning and execution of PR and influence campaigns for client brands.
Help craft compelling written content, including press materials, social copy, campaign messaging, and community responses.
Monitor media, social platforms, and cultural trends to identify timely opportunities for brand participation.
Assist with media and influencer outreach, relationship management, and coordination of campaign deliverables.
Manage day-to-day community engagement across relevant online channels with attention to tone, responsiveness, and brand safety.
Track campaign, content, and community performance, and help turn results into clear internal and client-ready updates.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to keep workstreams organized, on time, and aligned with campaign objectives.
Contribute ideas that help clients’ brands earn attention, conversation, and a strong reputation.

Requirements

1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally in an agency environment.
Strong interest in PR, social media, influencer work, and brand storytelling.
Clear and engaging writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms.
Good understanding of the media landscape, digital culture, and emerging social trends.
Organized project coordination skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Comfort working with performance metrics and using data to inform recommendations.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.

Nice to have

Experience supporting media relations, influencer activations, or community management programs.
Familiarity with social listening, media monitoring, or reporting tools.
Experience creating content for consumer-facing or brand-led campaigns.
Exposure to integrated agency work across PR, social, and creative teams.
